三二行館御膳皇食奢華上桌

皇室的故事和生活離尋常百姓太遙遠，但，皇室御用的美食，隨著宮廷筵席紀錄傳承，不再是高不可攀、且蒙上神祕面紗。每一道在皇室中受歡迎的名菜，都有一段佳餚和王孫貴族的故事。法國國王路易十四鍾愛白蘆筍，西班牙王室御用國寶伊比利火腿，日本天皇愛不釋口的A5等級宮崎和牛，各自說著精采美食故事。故事入菜，成就了三二行館的「御膳皇食。宮廷盛筵」，意象著一餐的頂級風華。

法王路易十四是白蘆筍控，只是白蘆筍產季約在每年3月底，他為了可以終年品嘗，要求園藝和農學專家發明新的培育方法，利用溫室栽培，在皇家花園裡全年生產，滿足口腹之慾。傳說中羅馬皇帝為了四季都能吃到鮮甜白蘆筍，在盛產時期以專門的馬車隊運往宮中，冬天則專程送到阿爾卑斯山上自然冷藏，只為了留住白蘆筍觸及舌尖瞬間的甜美滋味。

價格不菲的伊比利火腿，之所以昂貴，在於豬種的珍貴，以及製作過程的嚴謹。伊比利豬脂肪多，不但皮下組織豐厚，而且脂肪還分布到肌肉之間，形成美麗的大理石紋；伊比利豬通常飼養在野外橡木林場，秋天時橡木結果，成了豬種最愛的食物，於是，也讓伊比利火腿帶有獨特的榛果香氣。

5J火腿美譽LV等級

西班牙的哈布果村是百分百純種伊比利火腿的搖籃，400多年前即已開始製作，其中最知名的5J火腿，以純種黑毛豬製作生火腿，被評比為最高等級的「橡樹果」等級，有火腿的LV美稱，西班牙菲利普王子的婚禮上，就是以5J宴請各國賓客。

在日本宮廷盛筵中，黑毛和牛享有尊榮地位，本是天皇御用的頂級肉品。當牛出生後，便以牛奶、牧草、含蛋白質的飼料飼養，且灌飲啤酒並給予按摩，讓肉質更加鮮嫩。在眾多和牛品種中，近年崛起的宮崎牛，在每5年舉辦一次的「和牛能力共進會」選拔中，宮崎牛連3屆奪冠，「冠軍和牛」地位不容動搖。

如果稀有是凸顯頂級美食的一個指標，那麼，飄洋過海的貴客齊聚一堂，更加展現一道道料理的誠意和大器。在時令更迭之際，三二行館不吝情推出上述3種深受皇室貴族鍾愛的美食，饕客毋須羨慕宮中美味，眼前所見，就是歷史和名人加持後的極致饗宴。

墨汁螯蝦暗黑登場

像是「西班牙橡樹果等級伊比利火腿5J佐白蘆筍」，整隻生火腿映入眼簾，受過切工訓練的專業師傅現切、擺盤，氣勢震懾，柔軟、多汁、充滿榛果香的伊比利火腿，搭配香脆鮮甜的當季白蘆筍，交融出絕妙滋味。菜盤內清爽的山蘇、過貓菜、芝麻葉以及蘆筍，平衡了伊比利火腿的濃郁口感，恰如其分地讓盤內美食口感更協調。

春天百花爭豔、色彩繽紛，但「墨汁風味螯蝦及干貝佐白蘆筍」反其道，三二行館主廚陳溫仁以「全黑」登場，包括螯蝦、干貝、蘿蔔、白蘆筍全都裹上墨魚麵衣以及竹炭麵包粉，神祕地讓饕客猜猜黑色裡面的食材，讓吃美食的過程中有了有趣的花絮。

台灣牛肉麵馳名，三二行館玩創意，將台灣的牛肉麵以義大利料理方式登場，使用的牛肉是身價極高的宮崎和牛，宮崎和牛以薄片平鋪在義大利麵上，加上以宮崎和牛、番茄、蔬菜調製的義大利肉醬；淋上牛大骨、蔬菜熬煮的牛肉高湯，湯鮮味美。

不時不食，是饕客對美食的最高要求標準，趁著白蘆筍當令，為自己點用東、西方皇室的御用美食，在春暖之時，增添口感的幸福和尊榮。三二行館「御膳皇食。宮廷盛筵」即日起推出至6月下旬。
