【華人健康網文／亞東醫院社區健康發展中心陳佳妤】肥胖對健康的影響甚大，國人十大死因中，即有8項死因與肥胖有關。研究也指出，肥胖兒童有42-63％的機率變成肥胖成人，肥胖青少年變成肥胖成人的機率更高，達70-80％。肥胖的兒童與青少年未來都是心血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性疾病的可能病患。

逢年過節便是增加體重的重要時刻，而節日過後增加的能量往往難以消耗，因而造成脂肪堆積。國民健康署提出「肥胖防治人人有責」三大要訣，除了政府企業營造健康環境，民眾更應盡一己之力，為自己、為家人及為朋友的健康把關。建議民眾遵從三大要訣，拒糖、挑食、多動，將肥胖防治化為行動、為健康加值。

拒糖、挑食、多動，遵從三大要訣

●和「糖」說不：糖與酒精同樣具成癮可能性，且攝取糖會誘導許多慢性疾病的發生，並加速身體老化。避免喝含糖飲料；拒絕隨餐贈送含糖飲料；以水果及適量無調味堅果種子取代糕餅零食。

●「挑」過再吃：挑白肉、挑瘦肉；挑蔬菜、挑水果；挑全穀、挑堅果；挑天然、挑在地。建議民眾飲食要精挑細選，選擇天然食材避免加工品，選擇少油烹調方式，並減量8分飽。

●有機會就要「動」：世界衛生組織建議兒童及青少年每天應累計至少60分鐘中等費力身體活動，成人每週應累計至少150分鐘中等費力身體活動。國民健康署鼓勵生活化身體活動，例如：以大眾交通工具取代自行騎/開車、上班前或下班後的運動、爬樓梯代替搭電梯、遛狗、自行買午晚餐不叫外送…等，並善用手機及穿戴裝置，藉由各種App功能，進行健康管理與紀錄，並可藉由社群平臺呼朋引伴一同運動，讓運動變得更有趣，也更能持之以恆。
