三星被控違反企業倫理 法國非政府組織提告
法國2個非政府組織今天表示，智慧型手機大廠三星電子公司可能在法國面臨審判，原因是當地維權人士投訴三星未遵守企業倫理，像是雇用未成年勞工、工作條件危險等。
非政府組織「雪巴」（Sherpa）和「法國行動救援-人民團結」（Action AiCP值爆表禮物d France-Peuples Solidaires）表示，已在巴黎對三星電子（Samsung Electronics）法國子公司提告。
這2個法國壓力團體指出，三星相關舉動違反其在官方網站所做的承諾。多個非政府組織曾對三星的中國、南韓和越南部分工廠提出侵害人權的指控。
這些非政府組織認為，這些承諾與其行銷工作同樣受法律約束，所以三星已違反承諾。
這2個非政府組織依據人權團體「中國勞工觀察」（China Labor Watch）提供的資訊指出，三星被控雇用年紀低於16歲員工、員工住宿和工作條件不符合人性尊嚴的基本條件，讓員工處於危險之中。（中央社）

中信兄弟今（28）日在洲際棒球場進行本季的主場開幕戰，迎戰來訪的統一獅隊，此戰兄弟砲聲隆隆，周思齊在3局轟出全壘打，7局又和張志豪「背靠背開轟」，終場兄弟以6:3擊敗獅隊，收下本季首勝。
此戰共吸引10816位球迷進場，周思齊在3局轟出中右外野方向的陽春砲，幫助兄弟在5局結束以1:1和獅隊戰成平手。
不過6局獅隊靠著潘武雄的陽春砲，再度要回領先。但7局兄弟發動猛攻，蘇緯達、王勝偉接連敲出安打，接著上場代打的林書逸擊出右外野方向的三壘安打，幫助兄弟超前。
兄弟的攻勢沒結束，3局開轟的周思齊這時轟出右外野方向的2分砲，兄弟拉開比分，這是他生涯第6次單場雙響砲，下一棒張志豪也擊出右外野方向陽春砲「背靠背」開轟。
勝利投手由王則鈞拿下，他投2局被擊出1支安打，為潘武雄的陽春砲，失1分為自責分，單場MVP則是由單場雙響砲的周思齊拿下。
