三星被控違反企業倫理 法國非政府組織提告
法國2個非政府組織今天表示，智慧型手機大廠三星電子公司可能在法國面臨審判，原因是當地維權人士投訴三星未遵守企業倫理，像是雇用未成年勞工、工作條件危險等。
非政府組織「雪巴」（Sherpa）和「法國行動救援-人民團結」（Action AiCP值爆表禮物d France-Peuples Solidaires）表示，已在巴黎對三星電子（Samsung Electronics）法國子公司提告。
這2個法國壓力團體指出，三星相關舉動違反其在官方網站所做的承諾。多個非政府組織曾對三星的中國、南韓和越南部分工廠提出侵害人權的指控。
這些非政府組織認為，這些承諾與其行銷工作同樣受法律約束，所以三星已違反承諾。
這2個非政府組織依據人權團體「中國勞工觀察」（China Labor Watch）提供的資訊指出，三星被控雇用年紀低於16歲員工、員工住宿和工作條件不符合人性尊嚴的基本條件，讓員工處於危險之中。（中央社）

高國輝今日在新莊主場擊出生涯首發再見全壘打，富邦悍將最後以7比4氣走Lamigo桃猿，悍將打出3連勝、對戰3連勝，暴力猿苦吞4連敗。
蔣智賢連續2天演出猛打賞，此戰4個打數3支安打，第一局擊出3分砲，第八局補上陽春砲，生涯第5次單場雙響砲，也打破雙方3比3平手僵局，桃猿則靠詹智堯在第九局擊出本季首轟，兩隊再戰成4比4平手。
桃猿在最後半局換上陳禹勳登板，開局先被林益全、胡金龍連續敲出安打，接著蔣智賢擊出游擊平飛球，遭林承飛美技撲接沒收安打，隨後高國輝轟出再見3分砲，陳禹勳吞下本季第3敗。
羅力先發4局，第四局雖遭強襲球擊中，最後投完該局才退場，被擊出8支安打，失3分無關勝敗，羅嘉仁後援撿到本季第2勝。
