氣動元件龍頭廠亞德客-KY（1590）昨（5）好康平台便宜團購日公布6月合併營收13.25億元，月減11.1%、年減10.9%；累計前六月合併營收77.81億元、年減4.7%；亞德客表示，主要因為美中貿搶先看熱銷商品易摩擦讓客戶對需求出現觀熱賣商品首選望。亞德客第2季合併營收44.03億元，季增30%、年減約3%，營運表現優於市場預期。亞德客昨天股價以355.5元、上漲1.5元作收，穩坐機電股王寶座。 法人認為，智慧自動化仍是長期趨勢，隨著美中貿易戰休兵，汰舊需求帶動出貨持穩，第1季將是今年的谷底，加上微型線性滑軌新產品挹注，下半年可望逐季回溫，營運可望優於上半年及去年同期。亞德客不諱言，氣動產業6月整體需求仍較去年同期衰退，電子行業、通用機械設備及汽車製造行業客戶熱門產品團購人氣商品的需求依舊不佳，加上工作天數較去年同期減少，都是導致表現不如預期的主因。
藍智庫遭促轉會調查 控違反程序正義
【台灣醒報記者陳恩潔台北報導】國民黨智庫國家政策基金會17日遭促轉會無預警要求調查、勘驗，後續更遭質疑地下一樓為「神秘空間」，可能藏有大量黨史資料。國政基金會20日舉行記者會，公開B1空間讓媒體參觀，並邀請數名法律專家出席，強烈譴責促轉會違反「程序正義」，以「綠色恐怖」侵犯人權。並指出促轉會僅為行政單位，卻凌駕於監察、立法、司法之上，形同明朝東廠。
國政基金會司法及法制組召集人何展旭敘述17日事件經過。當天下午5位自稱促轉會人員的人進入基金會，以一紙公文要求進行勘驗、調查，且完全未表明其職稱、身分，對調查依據的相關問題也都不予回答，因此何展旭表示，對方指出國政會沒有正當理由拒絕調查全無道理，因為促轉條例14條明定，促轉會調查人員依法執行職務時，應出示相關證明文件；其未出示者，受調查者得拒絕之。
何展旭指出當天向促轉會人員提問，是否促轉會擅自認定有嫌疑的個人、團體，就隨時隨地有義務接受其調查，促轉會人員竟回答「是」。他認為，至此台灣人權法治已幾乎被侵害殆盡，並表示對台灣人權淪喪表示悲痛，「我看不見轉型正義，只看見國家恐怖主義。」
國政基金會執行長高永光則於基金會中提出「苛政猛於虎」的故事，指出國政基金會是民國89年成立的獨立財團法人，非促轉條例適用對象。而促轉會認定其藏有228歷史文件的根據僅因為其董事長為國民黨黨主席吳敦義。他表示，依照此套邏輯，促轉會也應調查民進黨歷任黨主席掛名董事長的各基金會。高永光將促轉會比擬為明朝東廠，一紙公文喻為皇帝特別授權的「駕帖」，據此任意調查、勘驗民間單位。
針對「消失的B1」，何展旭強調，標示牌上沒有B1僅因為B2是挑高的大型會議場所，B1夾層只有狹隘的音控室、儲藏室等空間。記者參觀時發現，該儲藏室充滿霉味，堆放的都是陳年雜物，並沒有文件存放。
記者會出席人林怡蒼律師指出，促轉會惡意推斷政治文件存在的行為已屬政治操作，而根據促轉會引為依據的促轉條例，促轉會確實有調查權限，但須符合程序正義、比例原則。依照行政程序法，行政機關基於調查事實及證據的必要，得以「書面」通知相關人陳述意見，因此促轉會應先發函確認，而不是將人民當罪犯，直接到場勘驗、調查。
