對於原訂今年4月推出的Galaxy 百貨優惠Fold，後續卻面享好禮團購熱門產品臨無法對應正常使用而暫時無限延期推出，三星行動通訊事業部總裁高東真在稍早說明中，坦承過於著急將此款螢幕可凹折手機帶到市場，人氣產品排行榜限時產品目前仍著手讓此款手機能順利進入市場銷售。 分享 facebook 根據高東真的說法，目前已有超過2000台Galaxy F禮物新上市old進行各項測試，其中更發現過往不曾察覺問題。不過，高東真並未透露Galalxy Fold具體可能恢復上市時間，先前曾有消息指稱三星計畫在7月底前恢復銷售Galaxy Fold，但後續三星則澄清目前仍未有確認時程。 除了說明Galaxy Fold目前問題處理狀況，三星也再次解釋為什麼要打造一款螢幕可凹折手機，原因在於現有智慧型手機設計已經面臨瓶頸，因此需要在使用體驗、介面重新尋找突破點。依照三星設計團隊負責人康雲時 (Kang Yun-Je)表示，目前三星也開始著重手機以外裝置，例如智慧耳機與智慧手錶，同時認為未來5年內，使用者在各個裝置間的操作將以無縫形式連接。而就高東真的看法，螢幕可凹折裝置將會在未來幾年內持續擴展，同時認為在5G網路逐漸成長之際，過往著重在智慧型手機上的操作將會逐漸擴散到其他連網裝置，進而促使智慧型手機整體使用比例降低，而透過其他裝置獲取資訊、產生互動的比例將會提高。 分享 facebook 《原文刊登於合作媒體mashdigi，聯合新聞網獲授權轉載。》
軍公教爭財產權 盼大法官秉公釋憲
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】反年改團體「八百壯士」 聯同軍公教團體，針對年金改革問題正式提出釋憲申請！八百壯士發言人吳斯懷17日在記者會上表示，退休金是人民的財產權，受憲法所保護，但政府年金改革卻已違反了憲法保護的基本原則。因此，反年改團體將透過黨團協助，提出聲請大法官釋憲。全國公務人員協會理事長李來希也呼籲，聲請釋憲是人民權益受損後最後的手段，希望大法官能夠秉公辦理。
軍人年改草案上週完成初審，下週即將進入立院朝野協商，反年改團體「八百壯士」 、全國公務人員協會等17日共同召開記者會，針對年金改革問題正式提出釋憲聲請。
吳斯懷表示，下禮拜軍改草案將進行朝野協商，希望民進黨能拿出誠意來，而不是「過場」 ，雖然軍改已經通過初審，但「八百壯士」 絕不會放棄爭取權益。他認為，此次軍改過程，政府已經違反了憲法，枉顧憲法保護人民財產權的基本原則。此外，軍公教本是一體，軍改團體也將捍衛公教人員的權益，共同提出釋憲。
目前他們已經得到了38位包括親民黨、國民黨團等立委連署釋憲，軍公教團體獎通過黨團協助下，提出聲請程序。全國公務人員協會理事長李來希指出，聲請釋憲是人民權利受到侵害後的最後手段，現在約有1萬人連署釋憲，希望大法官能夠秉公辦理。
國民黨立法院黨團總召林德福說，軍人退休後政府卻要修法溯及既往減付，顯然已經打破信賴原則，因此國民黨全力支持爭取釋憲。同黨書記長李彥秀則質疑，公教、軍人年改侵害了人民的權益，是否符合公平原則？政府是否應該遵守信賴保護原則？雖然大法官日前不受理前瞻釋憲申請，但林德福呼籲，大法官應該拋棄政治意識形態，維持憲法的公正性，尊重少數立委的權力，接受這次釋憲的聲請。
