After that the bike seat just needs to snap in the spring steel bracket and you are ready to start your bike tour. 川金月底二會 美貿易代表下周赴中敲定川習會時間
美國總統川普的高階談判代表下周將前往北京進行第3輪貿易談判，目前距離3月1日美國調升中國商品進口關稅的最後期限僅剩大約3周，第3輪談判將攸關川習會的時間。
美國貿易代表萊特海澤（Robert Lighthizer）和財政部長梅努欽（Steven Mnuchin）上周與中國國務院副總理劉鶴和中方團隊在華府進行重要貿易談判後，兩人預計下周將率團前往北京，展開第3輪談判。
日前美中在華府進行第2輪談判期間，川普表明一旦涉及中國貿易議題，他自己就是美國的首席談判代表，還說在他跟中國領導人習近平再度見面以敲定最終的細節之前，美中雙方不會達成任何最終協議。
目前還不清楚兩國領導人是否很快就要見面。一名美國政府官員表示，兩國正努力安排川普與習近平2月底見面。
但梅努欽指出，目前尚無川習會的相關規劃，因為美方要觀察下周的貿易談判能取得多大進展。
美聯社報導，梅努欽透露，美方官員專注於下周的貿易談判，設法在3月1日前與中方達成協議。
梅努欽還說，川普「鉅細靡遺」地參與美中之間的貿易談判，他會接受美方貿易團隊提供的每周更新資訊，有時甚至是每天更新。
川普昨天發表國情咨文宣布，他將於27、28日在越南會晤北韓領導人金正恩，討論非核化議題。川普的越南之行正好是美中貿易協商大限前夕，讓外界難以研判川習會的時間。
